WellCrafted Story is a communication advisory firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We work with leaders, teams, and organizations to structure complex ideas so decisions are clear, aligned, and actionable in high-stakes situations.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WellCrafted Story regarding your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Site.

Client engagements are governed exclusively by separate written agreements and are not subject to these Terms.
